A private client in remote Southern Scotland was looking for a quality internet connection to allow working from home. With traditional cabling not reaching their location, their original set up comprised of satellite internet. With very high latency, working from home was impossible.

After a full site evaluation, Corona IT Solutions decided an off grid 4G solution was the best fit to bring quality internet to the properties. Taking the materials to site by helicopter, due to the remote location, an off-grid 4g antenna was installed on a nearby hill.
The 4g antenna was powered by battery with the battery being recharged by solar and wind energy.
Corona IT Solutions then installed wireless access points within the properties to ensure a reliable internet connection for all users throughout the properties
